Recorded live in May of 2007 at their first Atelier 210 theatre concert in Brussels to a near full house. Their interpratations of Frank Zappas music left no-one cold and even converted some of the audience to Zappa fandom!

Recorded early 2007 was the first recording made by Captain Cheesebeard and cohorts. It was a promo DVD release recorded in their rehearsal space along with City Of Tiny Lites and Peaches in Regalia. Since then some of the personel has changed but the sound and the groove of the band has stayed true to itself.
